- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, chilled
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)

1. Brew your favourite espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool completely. You can use leftover coffee or prepare it in advance and refrigerate until cold. Cold brew concentrate also works great, see our easy recipe.
2. In a blender, add the chilled coffee, coconut milk, chocolate syrup, unsweetened cocoa powder, and honey (or your preferred sweetener). Blend until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Add the ice cubes to the blender and continue blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Taste the frappe and adjust the sweetness or cocoa flavour according to your preference. Add more honey or cocoa powder if needed.
5. Pour the Coconut Mocha Frappe into a tall glass and top it with a dollop of whipped cream for an extra creamy touch.
6. To take it up a notch, garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or drizzle with chocolate syrup for a tropical fusion experience.

If you prefer a colder frappe, you can use frozen coconut milk cubes instead of regular ice cubes. Simply freeze coconut milk in an ice cube tray in advance and use those cubes in the recipe.
